SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
The supply of goods and services is based on our interpretation of your requirements and excludes anything not
specifically listed on your order or which is not in the normal scope of supply of Seculogix Ltd
PRICES.
If the Mauritius currency is devalued in relation to the currency to which it is linked at the time, or in the discretion of Seculogix, in relation to the currency to which it was linked at the time the order was placed and/or in the event of customs duties on the materials used by Seculogix being imposed and/or increased subsequent to the date there of, then Seculogix shall be entitled to increase the price stipulated proportionately in order to compensate for the effect of such devaluation and/or imposition or increase of customs duties or other rate and/or imposts.
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT)
TERMS OF PAYMENT
COD “Cash On Delivery” unless credit facilities are arranged.
Any legal costs, on the scale as between attorney and own client (including collection commission), incurred due
to non-payment of funds owing to Ltd on due date Seculogix Ltd, will be for the customer’s account.
In the case of products sold and delivered, ownership shall not pass to the customer and the products shall remain
the property of Seculogix Ltd. until the whole of the purchase price has been paid in full. In the case of services
rendered by Seculogix Ltd, it shall be entitled to exercise a lien over all products processed by it until payment in full of all amounts owing by the customer is received.
